CEAI launches Management Development Programme
for Public Sector Staff
across the National Hub Network

The Community Enterprise Association Ireland CEAI has secured funding support from the Department of Rural and Community Development to deliver a Management Development Programme to key public sector personnel who are responsible for or regularly work with locations across the National Hub Network. This Management Development Programme is designed and structured in a manner which will meet training, mentoring, and learning support needs of those staff who work with locations across the National Hub Network.

The programme will consist of a series of seven Master Classes. Each master Class will be followed by a facilitated thematic Group Clinic.

The Learning and Development Programme will culminate in
a Shared Learning Event – celebrating Best Practice examples
and examining key learnings and insights
so as to underpin the implementation of Best Practices
across the National Hub Network.

This learning pathway will underpin the successful onboarding of National Hub Network locations to the QHubs Quality and Innovation Management Programme which is due to commence in 2023.
